Welcome to Boho Haus! This is an updated 2-bedroom single family home. Your unit is next to Baus Haus and conveniently located off 580 Fwy, close to Bay Fair BART. The remodeled kitchen and bath, spacious closets, and comfy living space make it a perfect retreat. Enjoy fresh linens, a desk area, smart TV, and Wi-Fi.
Space
Designed for relaxation, this space features a fully stocked kitchen, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door leads to a pergola with an outdoor furniture for sunbathing.
Guest access
Guests can access all areas, but please note that the yard is shared with the neighboring unit. The patio and outdoor furniture, is private for guests. Enjoy the spacious yard during your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
Where you’ll be
Ashland, San Leandro is a mix of mom and pop shops and big box stores. You will have access to great authentic mexican restaurants (my favorite is Cinco Taco Bar) and lots of other restaurants. There is a Macys, Ulta and Starbucks two blocks away. 3 min drive up the hill is Lake Chabot which is a 10 mile loop that has hiking and boating activities. Lots of folks go there to run and bike or work out and walk their dogs. I also love Zocalo Coffeehouse, Sons of Liberty Alehouse, Blue Bird Pizza, and Paradiso (to name a few great local restaurants).
Getting around
This is very close to 580 Fwy, Bay Fair BART is one mile away and there are a lot of bus stops. Oakland Airport is also less than 20 minutes away. You can get to Oakland in 12 minutes, and San Francisco (during non commute hours) in 40 minutes.
