Guests have access to the entire property, including backyard, pool, garage, and driveway. Access to the pool requires strict adherence to outlined pool rules in the house manual and swimming pool guidelines.
Guests acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the pool, particularly for children, and agree to take necessary precautions for safety. Use of the swimming pool is at guests’ own risk, and the host/landlord assumes no liability for injuries sustained while using the pool.

Guests are welcome to use the garage for parking, and a remote is provided for access. Please note that in the event of misplacing the garage door remote, a replacement fee of $200 will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
